These terms cover this website and authorised test or store releases of Code Word - Cryptogram Puzzle.
- Code Word's software, original artwork, and editorial presentation are owned or licensed by Quietly Games. Underlying public-domain quotations remain in the public domain. You may use authorised releases for personal, non-commercial play.
- You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use automated means to extract the app's content except where applicable law permits it.
- Optional Premium is available as a Monthly subscription or Lifetime non-consumable purchase where offered. On Mac, Premium unlocks the full themed Story library and increases hint and heart capacity; the introductory puzzles and Daily Story remain free. Benefits may differ on mobile. Prices, benefits, and purchase terms are displayed in the app before confirmation.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store account under the store's renewal terms. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable Premium purchase. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are governed by the App Store or Google Play terms for your account and territory.
- Apple-distributed releases use Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These website terms do not replace that license or override rights provided by applicable law.
- Where available on mobile, rewarded advertising is optional. A reward is granted only after the provider reports it was earned. Ad availability is not guaranteed. The Mac edition has no advertising. Each unlocked puzzle can be solved without an ad or an additional purchase.
- Friend-help links are optional, expire, and may apply limits or anti-abuse checks. Share links only with people you choose; do not automate, resell, or manipulate rewards.
- Progress is stored locally. Purchases restore eligible access, not puzzle progress. New Daily content and other online features require a connection. Keep local data intact if you need help recovering progress.
- Pre-release builds may change before public release. Features, content, advertising availability, store availability, and supported platforms may change while testing continues.
- The app and website are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
