Terms of Use

1. Personal use

The game, puzzles, artwork and software are provided for personal, non-commercial play. Quietly Games and its licensors retain their rights. You may not resell or redistribute the content, interfere with the service or bypass its protections, except where applicable law permits.

2. Editions and availability

The free Web edition is playable without advertisements or in-app purchases. Native releases may offer optional purchases and advertisements where displayed; iOS ad formats include bottom banners, optional rewarded advertisements and interstitials between completed levels. Features and content may vary by version, device, territory and service availability. We do not promise a fixed number of future levels or uninterrupted network services.

3. Optional purchases

Where offered, purchases may include coins, a starter pack or a permanent advertising-related entitlement. Actual local prices and benefits appear in the store flow before confirmation. This website does not process payments. Billing and refunds are handled under the App Store or Google Play rules for your account and territory. No recurring subscription is offered by the current Water Bloom product configuration.

4. Virtual items and local data

Coins and tools are game benefits, have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for money. They are consumed according to the game rules. Local progress and balances are not a cloud backup. Removing the app or clearing browser data may remove them. Eligible permanent purchases may be restored through the applicable store; consumable benefits depend on the available delivery and recovery records.

5. Rewarded advertisements

Watching an optional advertisement does not guarantee a reward until the advertising SDK confirms it and the game records delivery. Availability and network operation may vary. The game shows the benefit and any applicable limit before you choose the advertisement.

6. Store licences

Apple-distributed releases are also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms do not replace that licence or override rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Service changes and your rights

We may update features, fix errors or change these terms by publishing a revised effective date. The game and website are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.
