Quietly Games operates Water Bloom: Connect Puzzle. This policy describes information handled by the game, its optional services and our support channel. Available services differ between the free Web edition and native app releases.
1. Progress and settings
No account is required. Puzzle progress, completed levels, coins, tools, purchase-delivery records, settings and a random support ID are saved on your device or in your browser. Clearing browser data or removing the app may remove local progress. This release does not provide a cloud-progress account.
2. Free Web edition
The free Web edition does not request advertisements, accept in-app purchases or send native Firebase analytics events. Your host or delivery provider may process an IP address and browser/request information to deliver the game and protect the website.
3. App diagnostics and usage
Native releases with Firebase enabled use Analytics for product interactions, such as level activity and tool or purchase events, and Crashlytics for crash/error reports. These services may process installation or device identifiers, app/OS information, diagnostics and coarse location derived from IP addresses. Remote Config may retrieve app configuration using installation information. We use these services to improve reliability and understand game usage. The game does not request precise GPS location or your contacts.
4. Advertisements
Native iOS releases may display a bottom banner, optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements between completed levels. Android advertising availability depends on the release configuration. Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process device identifiers, IP-derived coarse location, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Google's consent flow is used where required. On iOS, a configured release may request tracking permission; device privacy settings and consent choices control permitted use. Where available, verified remove-ads benefits remove banners and automatic interstitials while optional rewarded advertisements remain available.
5. Purchases
When purchases are offered, the App Store or Google Play processes payment. RevenueCat may process anonymous app-user identifiers, purchase/transaction records, entitlements and technical information to display products, deliver benefits and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchases are not required to use the free Web edition.
6. Support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any version, platform or support ID you include. A feedback draft can be edited before you send it. Support correspondence is kept as needed to respond and maintain support records.
7. Legal pages and service providers
These documents are included in the app for offline reading. Visiting the public website or a linked provider page may send technical request information to that provider. The Quietly website uses Cloudflare for delivery and protection. Providers may process data in other countries according to their own privacy terms.
8. Your choices and requests
You can change game preferences in Settings, use device privacy controls and clear local data through your browser or device. Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of information by contacting us. We may need information sufficient to locate the relevant record; please do not send payment credentials. There is no account-deletion flow because this release does not require an account.
9. Children and changes
Water Bloom is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will publish material changes with a revised effective date and update app disclosures when services change.
