These terms cover Quiet Connect and its related website. Apple users are also subject to the Apple Standard EULA.
- Quiet Connect, its stories, artwork, and software are provided for personal, non-commercial play. Quietly Games retains the rights to the content and software. Applicable law may give you additional rights.
- The app offers free content and may offer an optional Monthly subscription and a one-time Lifetime purchase. The store shows the actual local price, billing period, and purchase terms before you confirm a transaction. This website does not sell subscriptions or process payments.
- A Monthly subscription renews through the store unless you cancel it in your store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds and billing are governed by the applicable store rules.
- An active Premium entitlement permits you to start available Premium stories and open available historical Daily Stories. A Premium story already started while entitled remains playable and readable on that installation after a Monthly subscription expires. Starting a different Premium story then requires an active entitlement. A Lifetime entitlement continues subject to store account and product availability.
- Daily Stories depend on publication and availability. The app does not promise a fixed number of future stories, unlimited hints, or uninterrupted network delivery. Downloaded and bundled content may remain available offline as described in the app.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or automatically extract the app's content, or interfere with its services, except where applicable law permits it.
