Quietly Games operates Quiet Pages. This policy explains how the app and its support channel handle information.
- Gameplay content is bundled with Quiet Pages and remains playable without a network connection, account, or purchase.
- Haptics and other settings preferences are stored on your device. Quiet Pages has no Quietly account or cloud-progress service. Removing the app may remove these local preferences.
- Firebase Analytics records app opens and these product events: level start, level completion, feedback opened, and rating opened.
- Firebase services, including Firebase Crashlytics, may process a Device identifier, Coarse location derived from an IP address, app, device, and operating-system information, Product interaction, Crash data, Performance data, and Other diagnostic data.
- Firebase Remote Config may process country, language, time zone, operating-system version, app ID, and bundle ID for configuration and service diagnostics. Remote configuration is not required to start or play bundled content.
- This data is used for analytics and app functionality, including understanding aggregate usage, diagnosing crashes, and measuring performance.
- Quiet Pages does not use this data for advertising, does not sell it, does not link it to an account, and does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
- If you email support, Quietly Games receives your email address, message, and any device or diagnostic details you choose to include. Support messages are retained only as needed to answer and maintain support records.
- Google processes Firebase data under its published Firebase privacy, security, and retention practices. Apple explains the related store disclosures in its app privacy guidance.
- Privacy questions and requests can be sent to norris@goosepod.org. There is no account-deletion flow because this release has no account or cloud-progress service.
- Quiet Pages is not directed to children under 13. Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
